Last year we had a pipe break underneath our kitchen at our Assisted Living Community. By the time we realized there was a problem, there was a HUGE mess under the kitchen. I had called around to multiple companies in the area practically begging for help. Two companies scheduled appointments with us and did not show up. I was then back on the phone searching for someone to help. I had the pleasure of getting in contact with Sean. He said that their schedule was booked out a way but once he heard the severity of our problem, he came out to assess the situation himself and promptly put a plan in place to get things fixed. Everyone who came out to work underneath the building to get things repaired and cleaned up was very professional, kind, courteous and punctual. If I wasn't available, they were always sure to leave a detailed message on progress and communicated next steps. Their prices are very fair and reasonable.
